At Somaé, every product is thoughtfully crafted using sacred temple flowers and natural ingredients to create a pure and calming ritual experience.

Because incense products are sensitive to fragrance integrity and packaging conditions, we follow a limited replacement policy to ensure that every customer receives a fresh and uncompromised product.

Returns

Due to the nature of incense products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Products cannot be returned for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Opened or used products

Replacement Policy

We are happy to offer a free replacement in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Fragrance Experience

Fragrance perception can vary from person to person. While we are unable to accept returns based on fragrance preference, we genuinely care about your Somaé experience.
